Scars are slowly disappearing, and no new growth in their place. I guess the operative term is, 'SLOWLY'; but then that can probably be attributed to our modern desire for the instant fix. This is my second order and I'm ordering two this time! My cystic acne hasn't gone away completely but it's a tremendous difference! My old scars/broken capillaries are diminishing as well!
